Order Type

All orders are on advance payment only

Return Eligibility

No returns or exchanges accepted once order is delivered
Returns not accepted due to change of mind, wrong size expectation, or dislike of scent/texture
Product is homemade and herbal — once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Refund/replacement considered only if:

Product received damaged (broken bottle, leakage)
Wrong product delivered
Seal tampered or missing at delivery


Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory proof for all damage/wrong item claims
Claims without unboxing video will not be entertained

Refund Process

Report issue via WhatsApp (0370-7165804) with order number, photos, and video
Verification takes 1-2 business days
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refund issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (customer to provide details)
Replacement (if chosen instead of refund) shipped free of cost

Non-Refundable Situations

Customer refuses to accept COD order at doorstep without valid reason
Product used/opened without reporting an issue first
Delay caused by courier, not reported within claim window
Incorrect address provided by customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly
Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled
