We do not guarantee identical results for every user — results vary based on hair type and usage

Pricing

All prices listed are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Any discount/promo codes are valid only during the specified campaign period

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch
Orders not confirmed within 24-48 hours may be cancelled automatically
Providing correct name, address, and phone number is customer's responsibility

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customer must pay the full amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery
Repeated refusal of COD orders (2 or more times) may result in the customer being blocked from placing future orders
Fake or prank orders will be reported and blocked

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery information
Be available at the given address during expected delivery window
Inspect package and record unboxing video at the time of delivery

Limitation of Liability

Dapper Hair Oil is not liable for allergic reactions; customers with sensitive skin/scalp should do a patch test before full use
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays
We are not responsible for misuse of the product outside of stated instructions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website/social media (images, logo, text, videos) is owned by Dapper Hair Oil
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice
Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the updated terms
