Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation call
Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days across Pakistan
Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.) may receive orders sooner
Remote/rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier network coverage

Shipping Partner

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier services
Tracking ID shared with customer via SMS/WhatsApp once order is dispatched

Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
If customer is unavailable both times, order may be returned to us
Customer must ensure phone is reachable for delivery coordination

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the package has been dispatched

Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping address
Additional charges (if any) due to incorrect address correction will be borne by the customer
Orders with incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled

Order Tracking

Tracking number provided after dispatch
Customer can track order status directly through courier's tracking portal or by contacting us

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund
Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof
